The Phulchoki Masterplan
Our integrated 50-hectare masterplan bridges world-class alpine engineering with a protected biological reserve. We are establishing Nepal's premier high-altitude destination, overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and the majestic Himalayas.
Alpine Engineering
We are deploying state-of-the-art transit systems and premium lodging designed to international standards. Each phase of this National Pride Project respects the unique ecology of the surrounding reserve.
4.6 KM Cable Car
Five-Star Lodging
Active Adventure
Currently under construction are three five-star hotels and two luxury eco-resorts. These developments offer world-class hospitality while maintaining strict environmental stewardship of the forest.
Spanning 4.6 kilometers from Godawari Kunda directly to Phulchoki Peak, this state-of-the-art cable car system provides safe, rapid, and scenic access across the reserve.
Active recreation facilities including paragliding launch points, a dedicated mountain cycle track, and stone hiking stairs are designed to integrate seamlessly with the natural terrain.

Current Progress
With foundational horizontal infrastructure successfully completed, our construction teams are now actively executing the vertical transit and luxury hospitality phases across the mountain.
Access Roads
The critical access roadway connecting Godawari Kunda to Chapakharka is fully completed. This serves as the essential logistical corridor for transporting heavy materials to our high-altitude sites.
A Shared Vision
This landmark development is conducted by Phulchoki Integrated Development Program Pvt. Ltd. under the direct leadership of Manoj Dahal, working in close coordination with Nepal's ministries.
