A Summit of National Pride
At 2,782 meters, Phulchoki Integrated Development connects world-class alpine infrastructure with Nepal's most delicate ecological reserve, offering an unprecedented vantage over three distinct horizons.

Three Horizons, One Destination
Spanning fifty hectares of protected reserve in Lalitpur, this state-sanctioned initiative bridges high-altitude engineering with pristine wilderness. From a single peak, the Kathmandu Valley, Terai plains, and Himalayas unfold simultaneously.
Integrated Infrastructure
Under active construction, the masterplan integrates a 4.6-kilometer cable car system from Godawari Kunda to Phulchoki Peak, alongside three five-star hotels, luxury eco-resorts, paragliding launches, and curated hiking routes.

Stewardship and Global Enterprise
Operating under strict alignment with Nepal's ministries of environment, tourism, and industry, our leadership ensures that massive infrastructure development honors both sovereign standards and ecological integrity.

An Open Forest Zoo
The Phulchoki reserve is a globally recognized biodiversity hotspot. We operate in direct partnership with the Ministry of Forest and Environment to preserve this delicate sanctuary while allowing controlled, educational access.
560 Butterfly Species
300 Rare Bird Species
Preservation Trails
The ancient canopy of Phulchoki serves as a vital breeding ground for hundreds of rare and protected butterfly species.
An ornithological haven, the reserve protects critical avian nesting habitats across its diverse altitudinal zones.
Eco-friendly stone stairs, cycling tracks, and active fire lines are designed to minimize human impact on the forest floor.
